BRADLEY JACOBS--Economist, PhysicistMr. Jacobs spent 23 years as the publicly elected Assessor of the County of Orange, California, facing the voters every 4 years, typically winning with over 65% of the vote. He modernized the operations of his department, almost doubling the volume without any increase in staff. Prior to becoming Assessor, he was involved with both the investment and scientific industries. Mr. Jacobs has degrees from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute in Physics and the Drucker Institute at the Claremont Graduate University. He is a registered Patent Agent, was on the National Scientific Foundation Advisory Committee on Infrastructure and has made over 1,000 presentations on scientific, economic and political subjects. NICHOLAS KRAWCIW--Soldier, Leader, ExecutiveNicholas Krawciw retired from the US Army as a Major General after a distinguished career which involved service at the highest levels, including at least two thirds of the time commanding troops. He was also Military Advisor to the Secretary of Defense, Executive Officer to the Supreme Allied Commander of NATO, Commanding General of the Third Infantry Division and Chief Operations Officer of the United Nations Peace Keeping Operations in the Middle East. He is Chairman of the DuPuy Instiutute in Washington,D.C.and CoChairman of Solid Team, LLC. General Krawciw is a Distinguished Graduate of the United States Military Academy and has a Masters Degree in International Relations from George Washington University and has also graduated from the State Department Senior Seminar and the Army War College. Also he is the coinventor of an advanced armor system for tanks and other armored vehicles. He speaks English, Ukrainian, Russian and German. WILLIAM MCLAUGHLIN--Physicist, ExecutiveMr. McLaughlin has extensive management experience in environmental and scientific fields. He holds US and Canadian patents related to both environmental and metal processing. Mr. McLaughlin has developed organizations that manufactured high tech composites, provided data security for the internet and protected the environment. He is CoChairman of Solid Team, LLC. He is also a member of the Class of 1960 of the United States Military Academy and holds a degree in Physics from the University of California at Riverside. He has also been Vice President and National Director of Republicans for Environmental Protection, an environmental advisor to Senator McCain and Governor Schwarzenegger, and an elected delegate to the 2008 Republican National Convention. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese. MARCUS MOTA E SILVA--Industrial Leader, EngineerMr. Mota e Silva directs Solid Team's activities in Brazil. He Has a distinguished career in the metal processing industry in Brazil and the United States. He started with Companhia Vale do Rio Dolce as a junior engineer and eventually became President of two subsidiaries: Valesul Aluminum and California Steel Industries, Inc. He holds both a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rio de Janeiro and has received advanced training from SETOR and H.B.Maynard. He speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. THOMAS NOEL--Business Executive, Soldier, Engineer.Mr. Noel has extensive experience in environmental management, both internationally and domestically. He was Executive Vice President of the largest environmental company in the World. Also, Mr. Noel was Chief Executive Officer of EPCOT, which oversees the operation of the electrical grid for Texas. During the Nixon Administration, he was Assistant Secretary of Energy for the United States with specific responsibility for the $ 20 Billion Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Mr. Noel spent 14 years in the US Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He is a 1960 Graduate of the United States Military Academy and has a Masters Degree from Duke University.
